How does matching work?
You send a request, a person reads it and refers you to an independent groomer near you who suits your dog.
How long until a groomer contacts me?
Timing varies by groomer, but they reach out directly once they receive your request.
Should I pick a salon or a mobile groomer?
A salon is usually cheaper and fine for most dogs. A mobile visit helps if you hate traffic, have an anxious dog or cannot easily travel.
What does it cost to use this service?
Nothing. Sending a request is free, and you only pay the groomer if you decide to book.
Do you recommend one specific groomer?
We refer you to a groomer we think suits your request. You are free to compare it with other options.
Can you find a groomer for a hard-to-handle dog?
We can try. Describe the behavior honestly so we look for someone experienced and patient.
What information should I include?
Breed, size, coat condition, the service you want, your neighborhood and any parking or access issues.
What if I do not like the match?
Tell the groomer politely and move on. You are under no obligation.
